If your subaccounts on Locations & FAQ are not showing up or are missing some of them, we would recommend first refreshing your API key on your subaccount and then reintegrating your account on the Zappychat App
First, go to Settings> Business Info
Scroll down and click on the Refresh Button, and CONFIRM:
If you have an agency account, you must reintegrate your GoHighLevel V2 integration, following these steps:
If you only manage locations, in this case you must update the API Key on Locations & FAQ:
This should update and add it to the list.
