If you want to add a location to your ZappyChat app from another agency that’s not yours, follow these steps:
1.- Go to Integrations in your ZappyChat App
2.- Use the V1 HighLevel Integration, click in Connect Now
3.- Select Location as Account Type:
4: Click UPDATE:
5.- Then go to LOCATION & FAQ’s:
6.- Click in ADD LOCATION on the top right side of the screen:
7.- We recommend you to Connect with Highlevel V2 API:
With this you will now be able to manage inside your ZappyChat account a location (or multiple) that belongs to an Agency that is different from the one you usually manage.
This is possible using the Location Mode, which allows you to add multiple locations from different agencies as the integration is done via location-level.
